Bulb Planting | Get involved
Make your mark at Shugborough Estate, by helping out with bulb planting in our developing Orchard.
We are in the early stages of creating a welcoming and immersive Orchard, which will wrap around the Walled Garden. To create a welcoming and ecologically diverse orchard we are planting 114,450 bulbs and we need your help!
Please note:
- Normal Admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Please meet at Visitor Reception.
- Please dress appropriately for the weather, you won't need to bring any equipment.
- This event will take place on grass, which may be uneven and muddy.
- A 'long handled bulb planter' will be supplied to assist participants in planting.
- This is a family friendly event.
