Join walk leaders Janet and Steven as you head from Crook Hall Gardens to Durham University's Oriental Museum, discovering the city's history as you go. Circular route, approximately 4 miles/6.5km.
Includes a 20 minute visit to give you a flavour of the museum (free entry).
Please note:
- Meet in Crook Hall Gardens car park. Parking £3.30 up to 3 hours, free for National Trust members.
- Sturdy walking shoes/boots, waterproofs and warm layers to suit changeable weather advised.
- Please bring a drink, plus a snack if needed.
- The route is on surfaced footpaths and includes some gentle inclines and road crossings.
- Suitable for children aged 10+. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
