Tree Planting Day - Killerton
Join us on Tuesday 18 February on a one-off volunteering day and help us plant 3000 trees
Join us this half term and help us plant 3000 trees.
Throughout February, our countryside team and the local community will be planting 3000 trees. This is to complete our first stage of planting at the new woodland being created at Columbjohn. We will be planting mixed broadleaf species including alder and willow. You are welcome to join us for a full day, half day or drop in when it suits you. Parking is available on site and there will be port-a-loos in the planting field. Please dress for the weather, bring snacks, water and a flask (and lunch if your planning to stay for a full day).
Columbjohn Farm is on the Killerton estate, just beyond Danes Wood if travelling by car – Columbjohn Farm, Rewe, Exeter EX5 4ER. Please park in the farm yard, off the main track. What3words for parking ///open.hotels.narrowest. Once you arrive, follow signs across the road to the field opposite where the planting will take place.
This is a free event but booking is required.

- This is an outdoors event so please dress for the weather. Wellies or sturdy boots required.
