Guided walk round Frensham ponds
Discover the southern branch of the river Wey and the surrounding heathland and ponds. Visit the site of the first known withdrawal of labour for better working conditions in 1246.
This 9 mile circular walk is gently undulating going round both the Little Pond and Great Pond. It should be a lovely day out in the Surrey countryside.
Please note:
- Meet at the National Trust car park at Frensham Little Pond, GU10 3BT.
- Parking is free for members but non members will need to use Paybyphone.
- Bring a packed lunch and wear walking boots or similar if wet.
- This is a free walk, but we ask you to book to give us an idea of numbers.
