Mosaic Birds workshop
Join local mosaic artist Kirsty Freeman to make your own unique hanging bird ornament.
In this 3 hour workshop, Kirsty will help you to design and assemble a beautiful hanging mosaic bird.
You will be guided through the process of cutting ceramic tiles and crockery with small hand tools to assemble your design. Pre-cut tiles will also be provided as an alternative method, which require little or no cutting. Colours and designs of crockery will vary.
The finished pieces will be taken back to Kirsty’s studio to dry thoroughly. She will then grout them and return to finished pieces to Cotehele approximately 7-10 days later for participants to collect.

Please note:
- Please come to Visitor Reception and ask to be directed to the Education Room.
- All materials will be provided.
- There are stairs leading to the Education Room.
- Unsuitable for children.
