Yoga and meditation experience
Escape to the beauty of Brownsea Island for a rejuvenating yoga and meditation experience. The sessions will take place under tree canopy with stunning views of the Purbecks, suitable for all levels.
Enjoy a truly unique experience with yoga and meditation designed for all levels led by Helen McCabe. This is your chance to break away from the stresses of everyday life, make time for yourself and immerse yourself in nature.
Please note:
- The boat will leave from Poole Quay at 10am, please allow plenty of time to park and arrive at the Quay early.
- Bring comfy clothing for yoga, a yoga mat and something warm (including a blanket if necessary). Mosquito repellent advised.
- Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access on the boat.
- This is an all inclusive price of boat, entry, yoga/meditation session.
- If you are already staying on the island on the day of this event, please contact brownseaisland@nationaltrust.org.uk for further information on how to book.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by NT.
