Spring bulb wreath making workshop at Dyffryn Gardens

Join Rhian Rees from Wild and Fabulous Flowers on Friday 4 April for a very special living wreath-making workshop and take home a beautiful, living wreath for your own house.

Guided by Rhian, learn how to create beautiful, natural wreaths from bulbs and greenery harvested by our Gardens Team and take a little piece of Dyffryn home with you. Because the wreaths are made using bulbs they will live on long after you've taken them home, blossoming, blooming and changing as the season progresses.

The session will take place in the Cory Centre where there'll also be refreshments for you to enjoy as you build your masterpiece.

This is a ticketed event, tickets are £65 each which includes entry to the gardens and refreshments, we're keeping numbers to 14 people per session so that Rhian can give every individual lots of time and guidance. If you'd like to see more of Rhian's work follow her on Instagram @wild.and.fabulous.flowers.

Please Note:

  • You can park at the main car park and the Welcome team will direct you to the Cory Centre, which is a five minute walk through the gardens.
  • No Need to bring anything, we will provide all the materials. However, if it is an unseasonably cold day you might want an extra layer, the Cory Centre is sometimes a little chilly.
  • If you need to be closer to the Cory Centre, you can use the Cory Centre car park. Follow directions for coaches & deliveries, drive towards the black metal gate instead of turning left. This is a manual gate, so you will need to open and close it behind you. Drive through and turn right, following the sign for the Cory Centre. You’ll come to a car park at the top, turn left into it & park here.
  • This event is designed for adults and older children/teenagers.
