Without gifts in wills, we simply wouldn’t be able to look after the extraordinary places in our care. This special event will take you behind the scenes to see first-hand how your support is helping us carry out crucial conservation work every day, and how a gift in your own will could help to safeguard the future of our special places.
You'll be taken on a guided tour of the 16th century house to discover it's hidden secrets, and a guided tour in the surrounding gardens and parkland, followed by light refreshments.
Please note:
- Please head to the Visitor Reception in the car park. You will be directed to a marquee on the lawn outside the house, where refreshments will be waiting for you.
- Flat, comfortable shoes and a jacket for the walking tour are recommended. Part of the tour will be outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather on the day.
- The property has areas which may be uneven in places, including steep inclines and steps, and the gardens tour has a long walk. Parts of the house can only be accessed by stairs. Please let us know when booking if you have accessibility requirements.
