Just south of Staunton Harold lies Dimminsdale and Spring Wood Nature Reserves, which are full of an abundance of woodland wildflowers throughout spring, from forget-me-nots, garlic mustard and red campions to ground ivy, yellow archangel and wild garlic.

Come and explore these hidden gems on a guided walk and learn how to identify each species.

Please note:

  • Standard admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
  • Meet at Dimminsdale car park
  • Please wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear, including waterproofs if weather appropriate.
  • The route is approximately 1 mile and includes uneven terrain, upward slopes and steps. Please note that there are no toilet facilities in the car park or around the Nature Reserves.
  • Dogs are welcome on a short lead.
