'Ghost Written' Symposium
Exhibition curator Kirsty Mitchell and UCL Professor Philip Horne are joined by a panel of experts specialising in our former resident authors.
Exhibition curator Kirsty Mitchell and UCL Professor Philip Horne will be joined by experts Professor Rachel Bowlby, Professor Ian Christie, and Professor Hazel Hutchison, all specialising in Lamb House’s former resident authors.
This event gives ticket holders exclusive access into Lamb House and to the exhibition on a day the house is usually closed to the public.
There will also be an optional group reading ‘The Saloon’, a play based on Henry James’ short story ‘Owen Wingrave’ after the Symposium.
In connection with our current exhibition 'Ghost Written'.

- This talk takes place in the garden at Lamb House (weather depending), or upstairs in the exhibition space.
- If outside, please dress for the forecasted weather.
- Due to the historic nature of the house, there is no step-free access.
