North East in Blossom 2025: Guided poetry walk with Gateshead Libraries
Wander Gibside's gardens with Gateshead Libraries, enjoying poetry inspired by blossom and blooms.
Enjoy a walk around the picturesque spring gardens of Gibside, stopping to experience poetry inspired by blossom and blooms. This walk will be approximately 45 minutes long and will be lead by the Gateshead Libraries team.
This event is aimed at adults, although everyone is welcome. Free, booking recommended, but walk-ins will be accepted on the day, subject to availability.
Please note:
- Standard admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meet outside the second-hand bookshop.
- Please wear sturdy waterproof footwear and dress for the weather.
- The walk will take approximately 45 minutes, with lots of stops. Please email gibside@nationaltrust.org.uk if you have any questions about the route.
