Art Workshop for Adults
Join artist Chloe Boyce for a relaxing, creative workshop in the beautiful surroundings of Hatfield Forest.
Inspired by views of the lake you can expect to learn and develop skills in printmaking, collage and textiles. We welcome adult beginners and more experienced artists, wanting to spend more time in a creative space.
Choose to do just 1 session or all 5! Booking is essential.
21st March 2026 - Lino printing. Carve a design and print your own gift card, bookmark and artwork.
25th April 2026- Collage with fabric- learn techniques to develop composition and colour with fabric. Create images using layered fabric and fusible adhesive. No prior sewing skills necessary but welcomed.
23rd May 2026- Print your own bag- block printing using Lino onto fabric. Take home a hand printed cotton bag.
27th June 2026- Book making. Learn to beautifully fold paper into a pocket- sized sketchbook. Perfect for artists or writers.
22nd August 2026- Collage with paper. Learn a variety of techniques and develop composition and colour. Perfect for creating bold, abstract artwork.
All materials are supplied but feel free to bring your own imagery for inspiration and papers/ gift wrap/ fabric if you are doing a collage session.
Please note:
- Meet outside the Hub 15 minutes before the workshop starts.
- All materials and equipment provided including refreshments.
- You may get inky, please wear suitable clothing. (No open toed shoes).
- Accessibility ramp is available. Accessible parking available.
- Adult only.
