Guided walk at Wallington: Coombe Hill Walk
Join a volunteer led guided walk exploring farmland on the Wallington estate
Find out where love blossomed for a shepherd and poultry maid during the Second World War as well as other stories and history from Wallington. The walk is 3.5 miles (5.6kms) long and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Please note:
- Standard admissions charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meet at the Clocktower.
- Walking boots and warm, waterproof clothing/ sun protection are recommended. Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome to join.
- This walk includes a mixture of terrain including woodland and grass paths and some uphill sections and there may be farm animals on route. . A reasonable level of fitness is required, but the walk has a couple of resting points with seating.
- Ages 12+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Well behaved dogs on a lead are welcome to join.
