A Pemberley Fashion Show: Behind the Seams of Pride and Prejudice
Join us to celebrate 30 years of the iconic BBC 1995 series of Pride & Prejudice from Saturday 7 June to Sunday 6 July 2025 at The Children's Country House at Sudbury.
Did you know that the interiors of Pemberley were filmed at Sudbury in the 1995 adaption of Pride and Prejudice? This summer, explore Pemberley, behind the 'seams', with a fashion exhibition featuring original costumes from the 1995 filming, usually in store at CosProp, London.
Please note, the exhibition is closed for one hour each day between 12:30 and 13:30. Tickets are valid for entry throughout the whole day.
Please note:
- Standard admissions charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Please meet in the Hall.
- There is ramp access in the Hall and at the entrance to the Hall, as well as a transfer bus to and from the car park. The exhibition is accessible.
- Suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over.
- Under 12's free.
- Free entry for visitors with access needs and Essential Companion.
- The Great Hall, Great Staircase, Saloon, Drawing Room and Library will only be open for the exhibition and closed to the rest of the general public. However, the first floor and the Basement will still be accessible without an exhibition ticket.
