Yoga in the Gardens: June
Take part in this unique experience and join Beth from Wheel Coaching for a rejuvenating yoga class in stunning settings at Anglesey Abbey.
See Anglesey Abbey from a new angle this summer and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Gardens.
Beth will guide you through a 45-minute Hatha Flow yoga sequence in celebration of summer, incorporating breath work, meditation, yoga postures, and deep relaxation. All abilities are welcome, and tickets include a complementary tea or coffee to enjoy afterwards. Yoga mats will be provided.
Please arrive promptly for your yoga session. Head to the Visitor Centre on arrival and you will be guided to the location of the yoga session. Due to the nature of the event, we cannot guarantee late entry.
The yoga sessions will take place outdoors. In the unfortunate event of poor weather, the location of the yoga session will move to the Orchard where we have tipi tents to provide shelter.
Beth is a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher and Professional Coach with over 15 years’ experience in the well-being space, and is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga, Yoga for Children & Teenagers, Therapeutic Yoga, and Yoga Medicine.
