Meet the creative mind behind HistoryScapes

You are warmly invited to join Dr David Rosenthal from the University of Exeter – the creative mind behind Quarry Bank’s new time-travelling app.

In partnership with the University of Exeter, the National Trust has launched a free storytelling app offering a unique ‘time travel’ experience through voices from the past. HistoryScapes guides visitors along a GPS-triggered trail, led by the voice of an ordinary historical figure, bringing Quarry Bank’s rich history to life through immersive, living history-style narration. Dr David Rosenthal would be delighted if you could experience the trail for yourself, and then join him for refreshments to share your thoughts. What did you enjoy? What might be improved? Your ticket includes admission.
