Move to music in the great outdoors surrounded by stunning views. Whether your family are seasoned dancers wanting a change of scenery, or just looking to have some fun, this event is perfect for all levels and the whole family. So grab your dancing shoes (trainers will do!) and come shake out with us at Ilam Park!
As part of the Summer of Play program at Ilam Park, we are thrilled to be offering these fantastic sessions for free, thanks to the sponsorship of Starling Bank.
Booking is a must to ensure your place on the dancefloor, and we've designed this session for all the family to get moving together.
Please note:
- Meet us at the welcome hut to be directed down to the grass under the arches.
- Dress for the weather and to feel comfy when you're moving.
- We would like to make this event as inclusive as possible. Please do let us know about any specific requirements or needs within your group and we will do our best to meet them - you can email info@shake-out.co.uk. The venue is outdoors on a grassy field or under the arches.
- Everyone welcome, children under 18 must be accompanied.
- Ilam Park is open to everyone and there is no admission charge. There is only a charge for car parking £6 for 4 hours and £8 all day, National Trust members and blue badge holders park for free.
- The Manifold Tearoom (upstairs) and Coach House Kiosk (downstairs) are open throughout the summer holidays, serving a range of delicious food, drinks and all important ice creams! Please note we do not allow BBQs, fires or cooking of any kind on site. We do welcome picnics but ask that you take all your litter home with you or use the bins provided.
