Summer of play: Survival Saturdays
Step into the wild with bushcraft expert Joe Peartree for a fun-filled family adventure every Saturday this summer.
Join us for Survival Saturdays, where everyone can learn essential outdoor skills in a playful and engaging way. Led by Joe Peartree, these sessions include exciting activities like woodland tracking games, mini shelter-building races and the “Deadibles vs. Edibles” challenge. Whether you're a budding explorer or just love being outdoors, these sessions are fun for everyone. Suitable for children aged 7+, booking recommended.
The boat fare and admission fees still apply, which are payable on the day. This event is sponsored by Starling Bank and Sport England.
Please note:
- Standard admissions charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meeting point at Brownsea Island Reception.
- Bring sensible outdoor clothing and footwear.
- Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access on the boat.
- This event is suitable for children aged 7+.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Sessions can be booked online or at Reception.
- Each session lasts approximately one and a half hours: Sessions are at 11am and 2pm.
