Meet the Artist - Vivienne Beaumont

Meet figurative textile artist Vivienne Beaumont and experience her exhibition 'Muses and More', in these special times reserved just for you.

Vivienne Beaumont is a member of The Society of Designer Craftsmen, The Textile Study Group 
and PRISM.  She has exhibited at various galleries around the country and often works at Spencer House Gallery in Tetbury.

Vivienne's work is always figurative and frequently references the mythological, female archetypes and themes of transformation. 'Muses and More' is her response to Upton's  Nine Rococo Muses made in the Chelsea Porcelain Factory circa 1765.  

Vivienne's textile Muses express her particular creative journey in conversation with Upton's Muses and their two hundred-year-old Chelsea maker.  

'Muses and More' opens daily in the Squash Court Gallery from 10:30 – 16:30 and runs from 19 July until 25 August 2025. Her works are available for sale. Please enquire within.

  • Meet Vivienne in the Squash Court Gallery, signposted from the plant centre.
  • There is level access to Squash Court Gallery via the Orchard.
  • Children are welcome, supervised by parent/guardian
