Enchanted winter walk quiet sessions at Quarry Bank
Wrap up warm and enjoy the magic of Quarry Bank at twilight on one of our quiet sessions
With festive lighting and illuminated walkways, wander through the Upper Garden on an Enchanted Winter Walk.
These sessions will involve less lighting, no music and fewer ticket holders per sessions.
Keep an eye out for Mrs Claus preparing the sleigh for Christmas Eve, and little ones, don’t forget to pick up your reindeer food ready for the big day.
This experience will take approximately 30 minutes for a wander through the gardens, some time with Mrs Claus and a warming drink.
Tickets include entry and hot drink for adults. And for children tickets include entry, reindeer food and child size hot drink.
Suitable for all ages.
Babies under 12 months free of charge.
National Trust admission charges do not apply. Both NT members and non-members will need to buy tickets for this event.
Please ensure your party size and availability are correct at the time of booking, as we strictly do not offer refunds or transfers, unless for some reason we have to cancel the event.
If you require a carer ticket, please bring proof, such as the Essential Companion Card,Carer’s Allowance award letter or another form of proof issued by your local authority.
Please note:
- On arrival please make your way to the Visitor Reception building near the carpark where your tickets will be checked and you will be issued with a token for your free hot drinks. Please arrive at Visitor Reception 5 minutes before your entry time. Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes before your time slot.
- This is an outdoor event in the Upper Garden. Please make sure you wrap up warm and be prepared for all weather.
- This event is hosted in the Upper Gardens only, so is suitable for those who need an accessible visit.
- Suitable for children of all ages.
- Strictly no transfers. Refunds will only be given if we cancel the event.
- Well behaved dogs on a short lead are welcome.
- Parking is free of charge.
- The festive hot drink selection that each ticket holder can choose from are - a standard size luxury hot chocolate, latte, cappuccino, tea, Americano. We offer oat and soy as a milk alternative. A selection of alternative hot and cold drinks and food will be available to purchase.
- This event does include some flashing lights.
