Autumn Wreath Making Workshop

In this relaxed hands-on class, you will be guided through the steps to craft your own unique autumnal wreath using dried plant materials and seasonal accessories. All materials and equipment will be provided.

This autumn unleash your creativity with Louise & Deb, expert floral designers and Chelsea gold medallists with over 10 years of experience in creating stunning, nature-inspired arrangements.

Entrance to the property grounds and house are covered in the ticket price. If you'd like to visit the house, please arrive with plenty of time before the start of the wreath making class or allow time after the class to explore the site.

Rufford Old Hall's annual Scarecrow Festival will be taking place in October. Why not explore the grounds and enjoy the scarecrows during your visit?

Please note:

  • From the car park, enter through the Coach House where you will be greeted by the welcome team in the second-hand bookshop. The team will then guide you to where the class will take place.
  • The event is indoors but we recommend wrapping up warm for the class as the entrance is an external door.
  • The cottage garden room is accessible with level floor and wall to wall carpet. Please get in contact with the property team to discuss your requirements.

  • This event is suitable for children aged 13+
  • The tearoom will be open from 10.30am - 4.30pm where you can purchase a selection of hot meals, cakes, snacks, hot and cold beverages. Why not join us for lunch before or after your wreath making session and try the seasonal menu?
  • Last admission to the house is at 4pm. The car park closes at 5pm.
