Summer of Play - Community open evening

Free evening entrance on August 7th to Killerton's Summer of Play for Broadclyst and Cranbrook residents.

Bring a picnic and join us for a fun evening of play at Killerton. Thursday 7th August 5 - 7:30pm.

This is a free event for the communities of Broadclyst and Cranbrook, places are limited and booking is essential. 

You will need to show proof of address on the evening. 

Discover 6 different play areas to choose from: 
For those who want to burn off some steam, there’s frisbee golf, Fete games, and loose parts play to climb and build. Unleash your inner artist and get creative with arts equipment. What a performance - there’s even a mini theatre with dressing up. Head over to the nature zone to identify bugs and play in the mud kitchen. After all that there’s a quiet zone, time to relax with giant bean bags and even an outdoor library. There’s plenty of covered areas so play can continue no matter what the weather.
Some equipment not suitable for under 3s.

Please note:

  • Park in the main car park. Entrance through the Stable block.
  • All play activities are in the great outdoors so dress for the weather.
  • Play equipment is located on the main visitor route in front of the house on level, grassed areas.
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Dogs on a short lead are welcome on Front Park Bank.
