Join us for a Summer of Play – at your own pace and experience Coughton Court with less visitors, in a slower more relaxed way.

Step into a day designed for calm, comfort, and connection at Coughton Court. 

Our Relaxed Sensory Day invites visitors of all ages to explore the gardens, grounds, and the house in a relaxed, low-stimulation environment—perfect for those with sensory sensitivities, neurodivergent visitors, or anyone seeking a more peaceful experience.

As part of our Summer of Play, you can take part in nature-based, sensory-friendly play activities at your own pace in a way that feels just right for you. 

Everyone is welcome—families, individuals, carers, and support groups. No pressure, no rush—just time to play, explore, and enjoy.

Last admission to the house will be at 3:30pm, no timed tickets, free flow entry.

Please note:

  • Standard admissions charges apply to non-members on arrival. 
  • Seating available in the house and gardens. Accessible parking is available. Tramper, mobility scooter and wheelchairs are available to borrow. Full access statement is available on our website.
  • Entry slots are to help stagger the admission and avoid queues, don’t worry if you are running a bit early or late for your designated time.
