Estate Walk: Bluebells
A delightful walk in bluebell season, visiting Pamphill Green, Little Pamphill, Bear Wood and All Fools Lane.
Distance: 5 miles. Time: approx. 3 hours
Join us for a special volunteer-led walk through the stunning spring landscapes of the estate, featuring the beautiful bluebells of Abbott Street Copse and exclusive access to Bear Wood, a woodland area not normally open to the public.
Along the way, you’ll be joined by a knowledgeable National Trust Ranger who will share insights into the estate’s ancient woodlands and highlight the vital conservation work taking place to protect these rare and special habitats.
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy vibrant seasonal scenery, explore hidden areas, and learn more about how we're preserving the natural heritage of the landscape.
This walk is 5 miles long and approximately 3 hours.
Please note:
- Meet at Kingston Lacy car park – meet at bottom of Visitor Reception slope. What3words ref: ///litigate.clusters.splits
- Please wear appropriate sturdy walking shoes and clothing for the weather conditions. Ground can be wet and muddy following rain. Please bring any food and drink needed.
