West Challacombe Manor Open Day
Explore the medieval West Challacombe Manor thanks to Heritage Open Week.
A place steeped in history, medieval West Challacombe Manor is a key part of the landscape of Combe Martin, standing proud in its sheltered valley for more than half a millennium. As part of Heritage Open Week, we are excited to be able to open this special place on 8 September for a day of free guided tours.
• Free guided tours of the manor (booking required).
• West Challacombe Cottage open all day for drop-in visits.
• Lawns and orchard open to enjoy - bring a picnic if you’d like.
Getting here:
There is no visitor parking at the Manor. We recommend parking in Combe Martin and enjoying the walk up to the site.
If you are unable to access the Manor on foot, you can be dropped off by the Manor. Blue Badge holders can reserve one of our limited parking spaces by contacting northdevon@nationaltrust.org.uk in advance.
