Heritage Open Days 2025 - Walled Garden Tour
Join our knowledgeable tour guide as she walks you around the gardens at Felbrigg Hall.
Get up close to the double borders and herb beds and breathe in the scent of lavender, sage and mint. Learn about the history of our gardens, and of Felbrigg's past inhabitants.
The tour will head around our West Garden and Walled Garden. You can find many modern surprises within this traditional garden, including one of the few octagonal working dovecotes in the country, dating back to the early 1750s.
Please note:
- Please meet at the Welcome Hub in the Car Park.
- Wear sturdy footwear for gravelly path ways.
- There is level access to the main facilities in the Stable Courtyard, tea-room, second-hand bookshop and Walled Garden. There is a mix of path surfaces of compact earth and bonded gravel, loose gravel and grass.
