Guided Walk - Woodland Walk
Join our expert guides and learn more about the folklore that surrounds the ancient Woodland here, and the creatures that call it home.
As we enter Autumn, explore Clent Hills magical woodland on this five-mile walk. Our knowledge volunteer guides will take you on a journey, spotting signs of wildlife and unveiling the secrets of new and ancient woodland.
Along the way they’ll share stories of Clent Hills history, folklore, and help you learn a little more about the creatures that call it home.
Please note:
- Standard admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Please meet at the Nimmings Road car park for a 10am start. Usual parking charges apply (free for NT members).
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
- Please dress for the weather and bring a coat. Sensible footwear such as walking boots should be worn. Bring a packed lunch and drink.
- The route does include walking up steep sections of hill and may include climbing over fences and stiles.
- Not suitable for very young children.
- The walks start and finish at the National Trust Nimmings Woodcar park on Hagley Wood Lane. There are toilet facilities and a café here where you can buy refreshments.
