Join Forest School Leader Maia at West Challacombe Orchard (next to West Challacombe Manor) for a morning of apple picking, juicing, crumble-making, bunting, crafting, and more.
Bring a bag with you to take some apples home!
Booking required. £2 per person and under 5's go free.
Please note:
- When you arrive at West Challacombe Manor, please come through the garden gate (what3words: ///highly.horizons.acclaimed) and straight up to the orchard gate in front of you.
- Please wear sensible footwear and dress for the weather conditions
- Orchard has uneven ground and is on a slope. No benches or seating, but picnic blankets will be available to borrow. No wheelchair access. Strictly no parking on site, or driving up to site to drop off as the track is shared access with the neighbouring farms and there are few passing places, and people will be walking up from the village.
- No parking is available on-site, the closest parking available is at Kiln Car Park, Combe Martin (about a 25m walk from site). This is a public car park and charges apply.
