Neurodivergent Nature Walk
A walk for neurodivergent people to connect and enjoy nature together. Led by ADHD coach Jane Woods and National Trust.
A safe, friendly, non-judgemental space to meet like-minded neurodivergent people who enjoy spending time in nature. What can we learn from our natural world about creating the best environment to not just survive but to thrive, an environment where neurodiversity and biodiversity are celebrated? Unmask, unwind and engage all of your senses in a way that allows you to be your true self and your true nature. These walks are led by experienced and accredited ADHD coach Jane Woods and a member of the National Trust team.
