Rush and Willow Christmas Decorations Workshop
Join experienced tutor and local basketmaker Nadine Anderson for a half day workshop making beautiful Christmas decorations in rush and willow.
Nadine will prepare examples of the decorations you could make such as snowflakes, angels, hearts and Christmas trees. You will learn how to make the decorations and have time to make at least 3 decorations to take home.
Raffia and fine willow will be used for tying off work, or feel free to recycle ribbons or bring natural materials from your garden if you prefer.
All the rushes and willow used in this workshop are sourced locally in Cambridgeshire.
Please note:
- Check in at the Visitor Centre.
- Wear clothes suitable for crafting.
- The workshop will take place in an accessible space.
- This workshop is for adults age 18+.
