Join us for a heart warming visit where little ones can share their Christmas wishes, receive a special gift, and send a postcard to the North Pole.
To ensure everyone has a delightful and personalised moment, we are offering pre-booked time slots.
Pricing for the Father Christmas Experience is £8 per child, includes a gift. Time slots are exclusive to the booker. Up to 4 accompanying adults can attend per time slot.
Please allow 10 minutes to walk from Visitor Reception to Father Christmas' Grotto.

- Please meet in Father Christmas's grotto. Signage will be out on the day.
- Wear weather‑appropriate clothing. Although this event takes place indoors, medieval houses can still feel a little chilly.
- The event takes place on ground floor and is fully accessible.
- Suitable for children aged 3-10.
