This woodland garden tour offers valuable insight into how thoughtful planting and gentle management create a successful woodland-style landscape. Planting focused on mimicking natural woodland conditions, with trees forming a canopy and layers of shrubs, ground covers, and bulbs beneath, using mainly shade-tolerant and native plants suited to dappled light and organic-rich soil.

- Standard admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Meet outside Porter's Lodge.
- Wear suitable clothing and footwear. It can get a little muddy underfoot.
- Not all of the route is fully accessible as part of the route is on woodchip.
- Not suitable for children.
