- On arrival head to the Welcome Centre and inform them you are here for a well-being walk. The meeting point is outside the tea-room, where our walking volunteers will be to greet you.
- Please wear sensible footwear, warm clothes and waterproofs. Dress for the weather.
- Ground will be uneven and over hilly terrain.
