MRCAC Present: A Talk about Your Commons

Join MRCAC and the National Trust for talks from Professor Chris Short, Chair of the Foundation for Common Land and MRCAC Vice-Chair Dr Sharon Gardham.

Join the Minchinhampton and Rodborough Commons Advisory Committee (MRCAC) for an event of talks about the internationally important common land in Stroud. 

This event will also present opportunities to meet members of the committee and learn more about the role you can play in supporting the rich nature of the commons. 

This event will be of particular interest to those in the community who are interested in the commons and their care. 

The Minchinhampton & Rodborough Commons Advisory Committee brings together volunteers, councillors and other stakeholders who represent communities who enjoy the commons, working together with the National Trust to protect these important places for the future.

Please note:

  • Please meet at Rodborough Community Hall, Butterow West, Rodborough, Stroud, GL5 3TZ.
  • This is a seated event, with the option to remove chairs for any in a wheelchair.
  • Parking is limited at Rodborough Community Hall and walking or public transport is encouraged.
  • Children welcome.
