Hallowtide Storytelling with Storyfolk

You won’t find a happily-ever-after with these dark tales inspired by Hardwick’s vast 16th century collections.

Join Hardwick’s resident storytellers, Storyfolk, for an after-hours storytelling of myths, legends and history inspired by Hardwick’s collection.    

The length of the performance is 1.5 hours and will take place on the third floor in the High Great Chamber.  

This tour may touch on adult themes of sexual assault, suicide, death and war.

Please note:

  • Standard admission charges apply to non-members on arrival. 
  • Please meet at Hardwick Hall, our welcome team at Visitor Reception will be on hand to help direct you to the correct location.
  • Please wrap up warm as Hardwick is an old building and can be cold during the winter months.
  • There are accessible toilets, parking, and a changing place located in the Stableyard, a buggy service is available on request. Tthis performance will be on the third floor of the mansion assessable by stairs only. An induction loop is available on request, please contact the team before your visit to arrange this via phone call or email.
  • Children over 12 welcome.
