Free Guided Wellbeing Walk: Danes Wood
As part of our Wellbeing Walks, join this free walk through parkland to Danes Wood.
Starting in the car park at Killerton, taking a circular walk to Danes Wood and back to the car park. Steep hills and uneven ground, muddy ground in places, sturdy shoes recommended. Allow approximately 2-2.5 hours.
No dogs.
This walk is free of charge however booking is essential. A National Trust membership is not required to take part in this walk. Parking is chargeable and free to members.
Please note:
- Meet outside the Engine House in the main Killerton car park
- Hills and uneven, muddy ground in places. Please wear good walking boots or sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
- Distance: approximately 2.5 miles / allow 2-2.5 hours. Steep hills and uneven, muddy ground in places.
- Suitable for children over 12, accompanied by an adult.
