Guided walk at Parke: Spring flowers

A gentle walk around the beautiful Parke estate with time to enjoy and identify the spring wildflowers.

Local naturalist David Tilsley will guide you across the Parke Estate (maximum of 1.5 miles) - through a range of habitats to find a host of spring flowers.

This walk is perfect for those curious to learn more about the wildflowers that appear through spring.

Well-behaved are dogs welcome on a short lead.

Please note:

  • There is no admission fee at Parke but car parking charges apply - free for National Trust members.
  • Please meet at the Map Board in the corner of the car park and look out for the friendly team in red. what3words: ///walnuts.flipper.prowling
  • Please wear sensible footwear and suitable clothing, including waterproofs. You might like to take water and a snack. Bring binoculars if you have them.
  • The walk covers varied terrain so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Please get in touch to discuss any accessibility needs that we might be able to help with.
  • This walk is designed for adults but older children might enjoy it too.
