Mindfulness Walk - Corfe Castle
Explore Corfe Castle before the crowds arrive, guided by one of our trained team members on a mindful walk through the ruins and along the River Corfe.
Your journey begins at the National Trust car park, where our guided walk leads you along the tranquil pathway beside the River Corfe and the ruins of West Mill.
From there, make your way through the main gates of Corfe Castle, following in the footsteps of centuries of visitors before you.
With the castle all to yourself, the experience deepens. Within these ancient walls, take part in guided mindful movement and meditation, a moment of calm in one of Dorset's most historic settings.
Please note:
- Meet at National Trust carpark (BH20 5DR).
- Wear clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor weather and exploring a ruined castle.
- This event will take place in the ruins of Corfe Castle. Some of the activities will be located in the inner ruins which is accessed via steep slopes and steps. For more detailed accessibility information for this event please contact corfecastle@nationaltrust.org.uk
