Dawn Chorus Walk - Hatfield Forest
Join the Hatfield Forest ranger team on a 3 mile dawn chorus walk for an unforgettable sensory experience.
As dawn breaks, the medieval forest comes alive with the song of thousands of birds. The Ranger team will lead you on a walk to different parts of the forest and will help you identify some of the birds you hear and see.
Please note:
- Meet at the main entrance to the forest at 4.15am for a 4.30am start.
- Suitable clothing and footwear for a early morning walk on damp ground. Don't forget your binoculars!
- Because of the uneven ground, this walk is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
- This walk is suitable for older children only.
- The walk is 3 miles in length.
