Accessible boat trips in partnership with Blackwater Community Barge
In partnership with Blackwater Community Barge, we are running accessible summer boat trips.
Nestled amidst the serene landscapes, the Blackwater River has been a lifeline since the 1800s, serving as a vital artery for transporting goods and people, blending business with leisure for the McGeough Bond Family.
Join us for a memorable boat trip along the tranquil waters of the Blackwater River. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking views and embark on a journey through time as we pay homage to the legacy of this historic waterway.
Slots are running from 10.30am (every 30 mins) until 5pm.
Price - £4 per adult and £2 per child.
This price is an additional charge on top of the admission fee/member entry.
Please note:
- Standard admission charges apply to non-members on arrival.
- Please arrive to the main Argory Visitor Reception to be checked in. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 mins before your allocated time slot.
- This is an outdoor experience, so please dress accordingly.
- Accessible boat trips can be booked via argory@nationaltrust.org.uk
- children are welcome.
- The boat trips will depart from Bond's Bridge jetty which is approx 5 min walk.
