Sound Bath experience with The Tranquil Mind

Rediscover your sense of calm with an immersive sound bath session in the Long Gallery at Croome.

Step into to the tranquillity of the Long Gallery at Croome and immerse yourself in the calming sounds of traditional healing instruments.

Facilitated by Ian Kershaw of The Tranquil Mind, these sessions invite you to simply lie back and relax to the resonant tones of gongs, singing bowls, and other healing instruments. There is nothing to achieve aside from offering yourself the rare gift of genuine rest.

This is wellness in its most elemental form where ancient sound provides a profound sense of calm, clarity, or restoration that should stay with you long after the session ends.

Whether you're brand new to sound healing or a returning explorer, all are welcome, no prior experience is required. Simply bring items such as a mat, a blanket, a pillow and maybe even an eye pillow and a willingness to rest.

This event will be taking place in the Long Gallery in the house. The house is a 15-20 minute walk from the car park. Please consider this when planning your journey so you can arrive at the house by 5pm.
