Clent Hills- – Guided History Walk
Join us for a fascinating 5 mile history walk through the Clent Hills and the surrounding countryside
Discover the hidden stories behind these much-loved hills, from historic follies and ancient pathways to the landscapes and people that have shaped Clent into the place we know today.
Along the way, you’ll uncover the secrets behind the area’s distinctive features, explore how the landscape has changed over centuries, and gain a deeper understanding of the rich heritage woven throughout the hills.

Please note:
- Please meet at the Nimmings Road car park for a 10am start. Usual parking charges apply (free for NT members).
- Please dress for the weather and bring a coat. Sensible footwear such as walking boots should be worn. Bring a packed lunch and drink.
- The route does include walking up steep sections of hill and climbing over fences and stiles. Unfortunately, we are unable to take dogs (other than assistance dogs) on this walk.
- Not suitable for children.
- The walks start and finish at the National Trust Nimmings Wood car park on Hagley Wood Lane. There are toilet facilities and a café here where you can buy refreshments. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.
