Reconnect with your body and mind through calming yet effective outdoor Pilates sessions set within the beautiful surroundings of Sheffield Park, as part of our Lakes and Lilies Festival.
Led by a qualified instructor, these sessions focus on core strength, flexibility and mobility, helping you move better, feel stronger and build long-term wellbeing.
Each session offers a balanced, full-body workout, including:
- Controlled Pilates movements to strengthen the core
- Exercises to improve posture, balance and stability
- Gentle stretching to enhance flexibility and mobility
- Mindful breathing techniques to support relaxation
- Movements can be adapted to suit all levels, so you can work at a pace that feels right for you.
Moxie Unleashed sessions are inclusive and supportive, with a focus on helping you build sustainable fitness habits.

- Bring a Pilates or Yoga mat. Wear comfortable workout clothing, warm layer, trainers, and bring water.
- The majority of garden is accessible, there are some slopes and paths made of a non-gravel surface. The Coach House Café is fully accessible.
