Children's Art Workshop: Bugs, Butterflies & Botany

Discover eco-printing in this creative workshop led by Derbyshire Dyer Olivia. Using leaves from Clumber, children will create their own insect inspired pieces of fabric art.

In this workshop led by Derbyshire Dyer Olivia, children will be introduced to eco-printing. After thinking about the different insects they know, they will be able to recreate their favourite insect on fabric using only leaves and natural materials from around Clumber itself. These will then be rolled up, steamed, and ready to collect 20 minutes later. Unrolling their fabric, children will uncover the animal prints they have created.
