Swim Walk
As part of our group walks programme, there is an opportunity to trial a Swim Walk this year. We have teamed up with an outdoor swimming specialist, Cornish Kelpie, who will be on hand to help get people in the water for a dip or swim.
This walk will take you around picturesque Frenchman’s Creek and Penarvon Cove on the Helford. Anyone who would like a dip can do so with the Cornish Kelpie team. Once the swim is over, we will continue the walk back feeling refreshed. If you've always wanted to swim wild but never known where to start, this is your chance. Learn about swim safety, cold water immersion, and connecting to nature in a new way. Float, bob, dip, swim, and switch off for a moment in the water.
