Art at the Falls: an outdoor creative session at Aberdulais Falls

Join us for an inspiring and relaxing outdoor creative session with local artist, Sue Davies on Friday 21 August. Take inspiration from the beauty of Aberdulais and create your own artwork.

You need no previous art experience or equipment to join in in this welcoming session. We will have easels and boards set up outside, along with paper and various mediums to draw and paint with. You are also very welcome to bring your own art supplies, especially if you prefer to use a wider range of tools.

Artist, Sue will be stationed near the waterfall and will be walking around to help folks paint what inspires them around the site. You can either sit on the chairs we have placed throughout the site or bring your own picnic blanket and find a comfy spot.

We also encourage visitors to bring picnics to Aberdulais as there is no café on site. There is however a self-service tea and coffee station in the second-hand bookshop onsite.

The creative session runs from 11am-2.30pm, but Aberdulais is open to the public from 9.30am-3.30pm so you're welcome to arrive before the session and remain afterwards.

This is a completely free event, there are 10 spaces and we recommended you book your place to guarantee a spot.
