Led by a member of Dunster Castle's experienced garden team, the session will guide participants through the different hydrangea pruning groups and explain the best techniques for maintaining healthy, vigorous plants that thrive throughout the seasons.
You will also learn about successful cultivation methods, including soil requirements, ideal growing conditions, and practical propagation techniques to help you grow and multiply your own hydrangeas at home. As part of the workshop, you will take home a pot containing four hydrangea cuttings propagated from plants in Dunster's gardens.
Included in the workshop price is a 10% discount voucher for the Watermill Tearoom, allowing you to relax after the session and enjoy tea and cake at your own pace while taking in the beauty of the castle grounds.
