Foraging at Minnowburn with Feasting on Weeds

Join Clare McQuillan, forager and curious recipe explorer from Feasting on Weeds to learn all about making the most out of our seasonal wild foods.

Join Clare for a walk around Minnowburn as the seasons change to discover the wild edibles appearing in autumn.

Clare will also be serving up some sweet and savoury snacks and drinks to inspire your creations from he harvest of the hedgerows and woodlands of Belfast.

Please note snacks provided will be suitable for vegans/vegetarians but due to the methods of preparation it is not possible to cater to dietary requirements.

Dogs are welcome on the walk. We'll be stopping for long periods in our group with children and other dogs, so just assess if that is the right environment for your dog.
