Lightwaves Lantern Making Workshop
Let your creativity take flight. Make a beautiful butterfly lantern from paper and willow with Lumo Workshop.
Come along and make a butterfly lantern from paper and willow with moving wings which will feature in the parade at Lightwaves Sutton on Sea. Artists from Lumo Workshop will guide you through the creation and decoration of these lanterns and you are encouraged to come along on 24th October to take part in the parade.

Please note:
- Meet in the community room of the new Flyway Café at Sandilands Nature Reserve.
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little messy, as we’ll be getting creative during the workshop.
- Designated accessible parking is available, with a ramp providing step-free access from the car park to the café building. There are three accessible toilets within the Flyway Café.
- Aimed at people aged 16 and over.
