About the speaker: Tansy Dowman is an award-winning Forest Bathing practitioner, TEDx speaker and outdoor wellbeing facilitator specialising in nature connection, mindful walking and workplace wellbeing. Through her work, Tansy helps people reconnect with themselves and the natural world through calming, sensory-led experiences designed to reduce stress, support wellbeing and encourage a deeper sense of presence and connection. She has delivered experiences for corporate organisations, heritage venues, community groups and wellbeing events across the UK.
